Yes, your Grex pinner must be lubricated to function properly and minimize internal wear. Put one to two drops of tool oil into the air inlet for about every 2,000 pins driven. If an in-line oiler is used, lubrication through the air inlet is not required. Do not over lubricate your tool. Doing so may also effect your tool's performance. Typically, if you notice oil coming out from the nose area when you drive pins, it's an indication that too much oil has been used.
